Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction or civil engineering preferred, associate degree or equivalent experience/education required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Administration/Construction Management.
- Proven experience with Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) projects.
- Proficiency in AASHTOWare Project SiteManager.
- Strong marketing and business development skills, with a doer/seller attitude.
- Track record of effectively managing construction programs and departments.
- Experience handling large infrastructure projects for the Indiana Department of Transportation or Local Public Agencies.
