Key Responsibilities:
As the Inside Sales Engineer you will play a crucial role in their success by:
- Generating in-house CAD drawings
- Providing top-notch technical support to our valued customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to process quote requests.
- Conducting thorough QA on inbound products to ensure quality standards.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, theories, and concepts
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as Autodesk Inventor
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in creating and managing QA documentation (First-article inspections, PPAP submissions, corrective actions)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
