Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads to achieve consistent, efficient processes operating within defined parameters.
- Design and document systems for process monitoring and control to maximize operational efficiency.
- Provide engineering expertise to diagnose and address technical challenges as they arise.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to identify and implement process improvements and enhance equipment reliability.
- Assess and enhance the performance of critical measurement equipment using advanced statistical techniques.
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to visually model process behavior and facilitate continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
- Profound understanding of statistical methodologies and their practical application in process optimization.
- Proficiency in implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and adeptness at troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
