Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring efficient order processing? GEE Group has teamed up with a Cleveland based company in its search for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to become an integral part of their operations. In this role, you'll play a key role in maintaining order accuracy and facilitating seamless transactions within their organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all order entry processes.
  • Collect orders via phone, email, EDI, and occasionally paper, entering data accurately into the ERP system.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments including sales, manufacturing, and shipping to maintain order accuracy and track product availability.
  • Meet personal/team order entry quotas.
  • Handle incoming phone calls periodically.
  • Act as backup to Customer Service Specialist as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Team-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to enter orders quickly and accurately.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and practices.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
