Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring efficient order processing? GEE Group has teamed up with a Cleveland based company in its search for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to become an integral part of their operations. In this role, you'll play a key role in maintaining order accuracy and facilitating seamless transactions within their organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all order entry processes.
- Collect orders via phone, email, EDI, and occasionally paper, entering data accurately into the ERP system.
- Collaborate closely with various departments including sales, manufacturing, and shipping to maintain order accuracy and track product availability.
- Meet personal/team order entry quotas.
- Handle incoming phone calls periodically.
- Act as backup to Customer Service Specialist as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Team-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to enter orders quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and practices.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
