What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians in daily preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure production runs smoothly with minimal downtime and high-quality output.
- Set clear expectations, coach, and provide ongoing technical training.
- Manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and performance planning through Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate repair and improvement projects, including parts procurement and process optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using the PDCA process.
- Maintain clean, Lean-compliant workspaces and audit work quality.
- Participate in interviews, staff development, and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and motor systems knowledge (AC, DC, Servo).
- Flexibility to work variable hours and extend shifts as needed.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and CI concepts.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, automation, and machine vision systems.
- Hands-on with sensors (photoelectric/proximity) and maintenance software.
- Microsoft Access knowledge.
