Marketing Specialist
I’m working with a well-positioned manufacturer that’s investing in its marketing function—and they need someone who can take ownership of both strategy execution and creative output.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who doesn’t just “support marketing,” but actually drives it.
They’re looking for a blended profile: part campaign builder, part analyst, part designer. If you’re someone who can move between performance metrics and polished creative without missing a beat, this is worth a conversation.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across email, digital, and social channels
- Oversight of brand consistency and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Creation of high-quality design assets for both external marketing and internal initiatives
- Analysis of campaign results, customer trends, and competitive positioning—then turning that into actionable recommendations
- Alignment with product and commercial teams to ensure marketing is directly supporting revenue goals
- Management of content flow, including campaign calendars and promotional rollouts
- Ongoing optimization of digital presence based on engagement and performance data
What They Need
- Someone who’s equally comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as they are reviewing campaign metrics
- A strong sense of design with the ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality
- Experience supporting or driving multi-channel marketing efforts
- A proactive mindset—this is not a “wait for direction” environment
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence without heavy structure
Why This Opportunity
- Direct exposure to leadership and real input into marketing direction
- A role with both creative control and strategic influence
- Opportunity to build, refine, and elevate a brand within a stable, growing business
- Less red tape, more ownership
This isn’t a plug-and-play marketing role. It’s for someone who wants to step in, take control of the creative and campaign engine, and make a measurable impact quickly.
