GEE Group is looking for an Application Engineer to serve as the technical link between customer needs and engineered solutions. If you're sharp, hands-on, and comfortable owning the details from quote to delivery, read on.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a key technical contact throughout project development.
- Review specs, prepare quotes, and support sales with presentations and customer discussions.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to align designs with requirements.
- Manage order handoffs, approvals, change requests, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee prototype builds, testing, and first-article shipments.
- Support pricing reviews, forecasts, and ongoing customer relationships.
- Travel as needed for onsite measurements, troubleshooting, and presentations.
What You Bring:
- Strong blueprint and wiring schematic reading skills
- Experience with measurement tools, resistance meters, and temperature testing devices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical experience
- 2–3+ years in technical support or sales in a manufacturing environment
- Clear communication, hands-on mindset, and ability to handle physical tasks on-site
- Entrepreneurial drive to support both customer goals and business growth
