GEE Group is partnering with a Fortune 500 industrial manufacturer to find a Manufacturing Engineer. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems on the plant floor, collaborating with production teams, and making meaningful, measurable changes to how things are done. This engineer will work to improve safety, product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with production and operations teams to identify opportunities for improving processes and solving real-time problems.
Analyze production data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
Help develop and implement process changes to improve product quality, reduce waste, and optimize performance.
Contribute to a strong safety culture by ensuring all procedures and standards are followed and continuously improved.
Support technical projects from concept through execution, including documentation and validation.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to help guide decision-making at the plant level.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field
At least 3 years of experience in process improvement or validation in a manufacturing setting
Strong data analysis skills with experience identifying trends and driving decisions based on results

Bonus Points For:

3–5 years of hands-on industrial manufacturing experience
Experience in a leadership or team lead capacity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and AutoCAD
A track record of owning and completing technical improvement projects
